  • At Hart & Hustle Rehab & Performance, we pride ourselves in a customized and thorough approach to rehabilitation and performance. Your sessions will typically run close to 1 hour, 1-on-1 with a Doctor of Physical Therapy. With the use of innovative technology, we are able to unsure more accuracy in both measurements and delivery of your home program. Our approach allows us to ensure availability and quick response between sessions for best outcomes. 

  • Your session is completely 1-on-1 with a Physical Therapist. You do not get passed off to an assistant, technician, or aide. You can expect to LEARN and MOVE. 

  • Hart & Hustle is an out-of-network provider. This allows us to focus on your goals, and not the goals of the insurance company.

    By working outside the limitations of insurance, we’re able to provide the level of care runners and active adults deserve:

    • 1-on-1 sessions focused entirely on you

    • Customized programming that fits your goals and schedule

    • Direct access and communication with your Doctor of Physical Therapy between sessions

    While we don’t bill insurance directly, we provide a detailed superbill for every appointment. Many clients submit these to their insurance company for partial reimbursement with success.

    This approach ensures your care is guided by what will help you perform and recover your best—not by what’s most convenient for an insurance plan.

  • Yes! You can use your Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) to pay for your sessions at Hart & Hustle.

    We’ll provide itemized receipts for your records, making it easy to use pre-tax dollars toward your rehab and performance care.

  • A superbill is a medical receipt that we can provide upon completion of a session when you pay upfront with us. You can use this receipt as a way to get reimbursed directly through your insurance depending on your benefits. 

  • Contact us and we will set up a FREE 15-minute discovery call. This will allow us to learn a little bit more about you and how we can help you. If we determine that we are a good fit, we will work with you to set up an appointment.

  • Most sessions run close to 1 hour in length, and you are seen directly by a Doctor of Physical Therapy. 

  • Yes, we want to equip you with tools to begin managing your symptoms starting with the first session together. We want you to be fully present and focus on what is going on within the session, that's why we send a detailed summary and plan following the evaluation. We want to eliminate any confusion.

  • Each client’s plan is unique. After a thorough evaluation, your Doctor of Physical Therapy will recommend a customized program based on your specific presentation, goals, and performance demands.

    Some clients may see significant progress in just a few sessions, while others benefit from a longer program designed to build strength, resilience, and confidence over time.

    Our goal is to get you feeling and performing your best and to give you the tools to stay that way long after your program ends.

  • Your Physical Therapist has received a Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Additionally, your Physical Therapist has a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist Certification. This certification helps ensure your treatment approach is focused on building you towards PERFORMANCE. Your PT is a board-certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist, recognizing him as an expert in the functional diagnosis and management orthopedic conditions. Finally, your PT is Dry Needling Certified in order to provide a range of services designed to meet your needs.

  • Our Physical Therapist has seen thousands of sessions and has plenty of experience with a variety of movement disorders. We are confident we can help you with anything as it relates to musculoskeletal care. If you have any specific questions, please contact us so we can help.

  • Yes, you will receive the same quality time and care from the comfort of your own home. 

  • If you cancel or reschedule an appointment, we require 24 hours notice in advance. If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours, you will be charged for the session.
